Call for Papers/Presentations

Presentations of interest to asset owners, operators and service providers and the research community are invited for the 12th WCEAM & 13th VETOMAC. Both research papers and industry case studies are sought. All papers and presentations will be reviewed by the Congress Scientific Committee for inclusion in the USB Congress Proceedings.

Selected research and thought-leading industry papers will be peer reviewed and if accepted, will be published in the Springer ebook  after the event titled, “Asset Intelligence through Integration and Interoperability” and subtitled, “Proceedings of the 12th World Congress on Engineering Asset Management & the 13th International Conference on Vibration Engineering and Technology of Machinery”. The Springer ebook series is indexed by Scopus and is also currently being assessed for inclusion in EI Compendex. Past proceedings are available on the Springerlink web site.

Submission of Industry Presentations

Industry presentations are welcome and presenters will be required to submit a PDF of their presentations by 26 May 2017 (no abstract or full paper is required). To submit an industry presentation, please attach it in PDF format and send it to wceamsubmissions@qut.edu.au (for WCEAM 2017) or bccwlim@cityu.edu.hk (for VETOMAC 2017).

Submission of abstracts and full papers

Abstract and full paper submmissions have now closed. Should you have any queries please direct them to the Scientific Committee at wceamsubmissions@qut.edu.au. 

Submitters will be notified of their acceptance by 21 April 2017. Once your paper has been accepted, you will need to upload the final paper (in MS Word format) and the signed consent to publish (in PDF format) using the available Consent to Publish template. The consent to publish is required in order for your paper to be published.
